LOVEWELL BLAKE APPOINTS NEW CORPORATE FINANCE PARTNER

Chartered accountants Lovewell Blake has appointed James Cooper as Corporate Finance Partner; he will co-lead the firm’s Corporate Finance team alongside existing Partner Matt Crawley.

The appointment marks a return to Lovewell Blake for Mr Cooper, who spent 11 years with the firm between 2005 and 2016, where he qualified both as an accountant and a Corporate Finance practitioner. 

He has spent the past decade in senior roles across both regional and national corporate finance practices, including as a senior member of a regional M&A boutique and as a Partner at a national Corporate Finance and business advisory practice.

Welcoming Mr Cooper, Lovewell Blake Managing Partner Kevin Bunting said, “James brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm, and this is an important step in the continuing growth of our Corporate Finance team.
