Lovewell Blake announces three new managers sm

Chartered accountants and financial planners Lovewell Blake has announced the appointments of three new managers in its Norwich and Great Yarmouth offices.

Ben Gibbins joined the firm as an AAT trainee aged 18, becoming a Chartered Accountant in 2017.  He works in the corporate services department, looking after a diverse portfolio of clients advising on annual statutory accounts, audit and tax compliance, business development, company structures and tax planning matters.

Sam Grimmer joined Lovewell Blake’s corporate services team in 2016 after qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant at a national firm.  He manages a portfolio of corporate clients across many different sectors, providing audit and accountancy services.  Since 2018 he has also been part of the firm’s corporate finance team, advising clients on disposals, acquisitions, due diligence, business valuations and other ad-hoc assignments.

Laura McMaster is based at Lovewell Blake’s Great Yarmouth office, having joined the firm in 2015 after qualifying at a national firm.  She manages a varied portfolio of clients from sole traders to large corporate clients, providing accountancy, audit and tax compliance services across a number of sectors.
