TWO ICONIC NORWICH BRANDS COME TOGETHER TO OFFER GIN LOVERS THE ‘GIN EXPERIENCE’
Gin lovers in Norwich have the chance to take free tastings of the city’s most famous gin, following the opening of a new Bullards tasting bar in the deli at Jarrold, adjacent to the store’s wine bar on the lower ground floor.
The new gin bar was opened on Saturday 12th June, World Gin Day.
Customers can take guided tastings through the Norwich distillery’s entire range, learning more about the unique aromatics used to create the uniquely Norfolk gins. And plans are in place, as soon as the easing of Covid restrictions allow, to offer special ‘Gin Experiences’ in the store.
A ‘Gin Ambassador’ from Bullards, whose many awards include Best London Dry Gin at the World Gin Awards, will be on hand at selected times during the week to lead customers through the range, which is marketed as being ‘The Spirit of Norwich’.
Joe Evans, business development director at Bullards Spirits, said, “We are delighted to have opened our new gin tasting bar in the prestigious Jarrold Deli. Jarrold and Bullards are two iconic Norwich brands, and so it’s appropriate that we are working together to promote the very best of what the city has to offer.
“As soon as the easing of Covid restrictions allow, we will once again be offering our hugely popular Gin Experiences, this time within the Jarrold store.”
