SPECIAL PIZZA & FIZZ NIGHT IN THE VINES – FRIDAY 20TH OCTOBER
Pizza fans and wine-lovers have the opportunity to indulge both their passions when one of Norfolk’s leading vineyards plays host to an authentic wood-fired pizza maker.
Chet Valley Vineyard in Bergh Apton is welcoming the Mobile Pizza Company to its wine meadow on Friday 20th October. They will be offering a full range of wood-fired pizzas, including vegetarian and vegan options.
With the vineyard’s own Skylark bar serving Chet Valley’s award-wining wines, it’s the perfect opportunity to spend an hour or two sitting among the vines. In the event of bad weather, the event will take place in the vineyard’s large tasting room and covered balcony, both of which afford wide-ranging views over the vines.
“We are currently in the middle of harvest, so it’s a great time to sit back and appreciate the beauty of the vines and enjoy a glass or two of last year’s vintage and some great pizza,” said Bridget Hemmant of Chet Valley Vineyard.
The Chet Valley Vineyard Pizza & Fizz Night takes place from 6pm to 9pm on Friday 20th October. Tickets need to be bought in advance, and cost £19, to include a wood-fired pizza and a glass of Skylark sparkling wine. Child tickets are £11, to include a pizza and soft drink.
