A Norfolk property professional has proven himself to be one of the foremost up-and-coming leaders in the UK – after he achieved the second highest ever score in the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Leadership and Management qualification.

Nick Williams, who was recently promoted to associate at Norfolk-based property services firm Arnolds Keys, achieved the second highest marks out of more than 400 candidates who have ever taken the four papers which make up the ILM level 3 Award in Leadership and Management.

Feedback from the ILM assessor called Mr Williams work “seriously outstanding”, adding “your four assignments were of an incredibly high standard.”

Jan Hÿtch, operations partner at Arnolds Keys, commented, “This is an enormously impressive achievement.  These results show that Nick is one of the country’s outstanding up-and-coming leaders, and we are very proud of his achievement.”

Mr Williams studied for a degree in Property Agency and Marketing at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester before starting his career in Cambridgeshire where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.  He joined Arnolds Keys in 2016 as a commercial management and valuation surveyor.
