FREE ‘LETTINGS SURGERY’ FOR EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE LANDLORDS IN NORWICH THIS SATURDAY

18th Jun 2019

With constant changes to legislation and regulation, being a residential landlord can seem confusing – but this weekend a free ‘Lettings Surgery’ in Norwich will put some of the profession’s leading experts on hand to answer questions and give advice for existing and prospective landlords alike.

Experts from Arnolds Keys’ Residential lettings team will be available to give free advice on Saturday 22nd June from 10am – 2pm, at the firm’s Norwich office at 2 Prince of Wales Road.

Whether it is advice about how to deal with management or maintenance issues, updates on the latest regulatory issues such as Section 21 and the tenant fees ban, tips on how to present and market a rental property, or recommendations on the best locations and type of property to invest in, the lettings experts will offer free and impartial help and advice.

All those taking part in the Lettings Surgery are members of ARLA Propertymark, the UK’s professional and regulatory body for lettings.

“With so many changes happening in the residential sector, it can be bewildering for existing and potential landlords alike,” said Phil Cooper, Arnolds Keys lettings partner.  “The aim of the day is to enable anyone who is interested in residential lettings and who has a question, to find good quality answers.

“We have seen many media scare stories about being a landlord, but the fact remains that it is still a very good investment – provided you have the right advice from professionals in the field.”

The Arnolds Keys Lettings Surgery is free, and no appointment is necessary.
