Leading Norfolk-based property services firm Arnolds Keys has announced three new appointments in its Commercial Property division, to meet growing demand for its services.

Mark Baker joins the firm as lease consultancy surveyor, and as an associate of the firm.  With over 25 years’ experience in the commercial property sector in Norwich and Cambridge, he was most recently based in the Birmingham office of a national property consultancy.  In addition to the core office, retail and industrial sectors, he has experience in ground leases, healthcare and educational properties, supermarkets and food and drink premises.

Anthony Turner has been appointed as commercial property management surveyor, managing a large portfolio of commercial properties in Norwich and Norfolk on behalf of investors.  He spent ten years in the corporate banking sector in London specialising in property finance, before moving into the portfolio management sector, most recently in Ipswich.

Mike Annakin has joined Arnolds Keys as a commercial agency surveyor, responsible for letting and selling commercial properties of all types.  A former Metropolitan policeman, he has a background in finance, and most recently worked for a national commercial property management company.

Welcoming the three to Arnolds Keys, managing partner Guy Gowing said, “We are delighted to be strengthening our Commercial Property team with three experienced and respected senior professionals.  These appointments will enable us to meet growing demand for our commercial property services.”
