hus46+ Watton Phase 4 three bedroom house plot 93

Norfolk-based house builder Abel Homes has launched the fourth phase of its highly successful hus46+ development in Watton, where it is building 101 highly-sustainable new homes, following the news that the final tranche of homes in Phase 3 sold out within two months of being released.

Contemporary in design, and boasting the latest in energy-efficient features such as photo-voltaic solar panels and high levels of insulation, this latest release comprises two detached three-bedroom houses and a terrace of four two-bedroom houses.

The three-bedroom homes feature front-to-back, 17ft 8in lounges, and similar sized kitchen/diners.  The homes have two bathrooms, including one en-suite to the master bedroom, as well as a single garage.  They are being offered at a price of £220,000

The two-bedroom homes are aimed at first-time buyers, with an attractive price tag of £153,950 (mid-terrace) and £155,950 (end terrace).  They feature a good-sized (13ft 8” square) lounge/dining area opening out via patio doors onto the back garden.

As well as the energy-efficient features, each of the new homes has a high level of features, including A-rated Bosch appliances (stainless steel electric oven, stainless steel gas hob, as well as integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher) and sustainably-sourced cedar cladding.

Phase 4 will be the final part of the hus46+ site, and will eventually consist of 14 new homes.

Natasha Goddard, sales and marketing manager for Abel Homes, which is based nearby in the town, said, “Our hus46+ site continues to be very popular – in fact, the last homes in Phase 3 sold within two months of going on the market.

“Both the contemporary design and the sustainable nature of these new homes have been attractive to buyers; the energy efficient features mean that not only are these new homes affordable to buy, but they are efficient and affordable to run as well.

“Buyers will not only benefit from lower energy bills, but they will receive payments from the index-linked ‘Feed in Tariff’ from the government for 20 years as well.

“There is already a vibrant community feel amongst those living at hus46+, and we expect this new release to be very popular - and would advise early viewing.”
